We can provide onsite labor and equipment to scan records and drawings then use our technology-assisted classification inventory the records, perform a gap analysis against a MEL, isolate critical documents such as U1’s and perform deep indexing on those records.

The primary objectives of our effort include creating a data map and building a high quality database which is then used by the integrity engineers to perform hydrostatic test and design pressure confirmation on all valve sections and components in scope for the project. The database is created by mashing together legacy databases, metadata from project files, completion reports and alignment sheets, and spreadsheets, replacement projects and GIS systems. Our workers can be sent to the field to locate, collect and convert physical records to PDF, in coordination with our project team and insure a consistent indexing protocol is applied.
Once the database has been created, our engineers work closely with a records analyst to leverage the database and bring new levels of efficiency and cost control to the project by vertically integrating the process of selecting, tagging, and reporting the records needed including the full engineering review and quality control process. We can also work with our client’s existing engineering staff and provide only the data mining capability.
Our engineering team can markup alignment sheets for crossings, perform GIS and ILI alignment, and execute the steps necessary to insure each valve section or component has records which meet VTC requirements. Final reports are issued for each valve section certifying the VTC requirements have been met.
